Nicole Backe (Nanaimo, BC) 6-5, then went on to lose 8-2 against Faye White (Edmonton, AB). Wheatcroft lost 6-5 to British Columbia's Shelley MacDonald where Wheatcroft responded with a 6-3 win over Brittany Palmer (Kamloops, BC). Wheatcroft went on to lose 5-4 against British Columbia's Kristen Fewster in their final qualifying round match.
