To advance to the championship game, British Columbia's Colleen Hannah won 6-5 over Patti Knezevic (Prince George, BC) in the semifinals of the 2009 Kamloops Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada; and won 5-4 over Kelley Law (Richmond, BC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2009 Kamloops Crown of Curling in Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada;
 
British Columbia's Colleen Hannah finished 4-2 in the 24-team qualifying round. .
