Ott lost 7-3 to Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB) where Ott responded with a 5-4 win over Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON). Ott went on to lose 6-5 against Chelsea Carey (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Ott earned 6.000 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 32 of the event schedule, Ott did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 5th place on the World Ranking Standings with 256.030 total points. Ott ranks 7th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 119.250 points earned so far this season.
