Mikkel Krause (Hvidovre, DEN) run at the 2013 Danish Curling Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-1 loss to Rasmus Stjerne (Hvidovre, DEN). of the 2013 Danish Curling Championships in Esbjerg, Denmark;

Krause finished 4-3 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Krause lost 9-4 to Soren Birch (Hvidovre, DEN), droppimg another game, 5-4 to Torkil Svensgaard (Hvidovre, DEN) where Krause responded with a 8-6 win over Stjerne. Krause won 8-4 against Mikkel Sand (Hvidovre, DEN), then won 9-1 against Bent Kristoffersen (Hvidovre, DEN). Krause went on to lose 7-6 against Bo Jensen (Hvidovre, DEN). Krause responded with a 8-7 win over Tommy Stjerne (Hvidovre, DEN) in their final qualifying round match.

Krause earned 2.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Danish Curling Championships, moving up 273 spots the World Ranking Standings into 271st place overall with 2.000 total points. Krause ranks 195th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.000 points earned so far this season.
