Sweeting went on to lose 7-5 against Alli Flaxey (Listowel, ON). Sweeting responded with a 10-3 win over Allison Ross (Montreal, QC). Sweeting won 7-4 against Chelsea Carey (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
