Stevens won 8-5 against Jamie Danbrook (Halifax, NS). Stevens went on to lose 8-5 against Adams in their final qualifying round match.

Stevens earned 13.176 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Sobeys Classic, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 33rd place overall with 71.505 total points. Stevens ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 33.942 points earned so far this season.
