Isabella Wrana (Stockholm, SWE) won 10-3 over Tova Sundberg (Ostersund, SWE) in the Final Wrana advanced directly to the championship game after finishing first in the preliminary round. of the Swedish Junior Womens Championship, held December 15 - 18, 2016 in Karlstad, Sweden.

Wrana finished 6-0 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wrana defeated Therese Westman (Danderyd, SWE) 11-2, then won 6-0 against Rebecka Thunman (Uppsala, SWE) and 6-2 against Sundberg. Wrana won 10-5 against Thea Orefjord (Karlstad, SWE), then won 7-2 against Cecilia Fransson (Harnosand, SWE) and 9-2 against Emma Moberg (Mjolby, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Swedish Junior Womens Championship Championship title, Wrana earned 10.973 world rankings points. For week 18 of the event schedule, Wrana did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Wrana ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
