Amy MacDonald (Moray, SCO) finished 3-3 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, MacDonald defeated Molly Keen (Moray, SCO) 10-2, then went on to lose 7-4 against Lisa Davie (Stirling, SCO). MacDonald lost 8-4 to Sophie Jackson (Stirling, SCO) where MacDonald responded with a 8-5 win over Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO). MacDonald went on to lose 10-4 against Karina Aitken (Edinburgh, SCO). MacDonald responded with a 8-4 win over Beth Dandie (Forfar, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

MacDonald earned 0.577 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 23 of the event schedule, MacDonald did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. MacDonald ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
