Connie Bothwell (Fredericton, NB) run at the 2018 New Brunswick Masters Womens Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-5 loss to Nancy Steele (Carleton, NB).

Bothwell finished 5-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bothwell defeated Frances Meehan (Saint John, NB) 7-6, then won 7-6 against Steele. Bothwell went on to lose 10-4 against Paulette Girvan (Rexton, NB). Bothwell responded with a 8-6 win over Debbie MacLoon-Agnew (Fredericton, NB). Bothwell won 5-4 against Maureen McMaster (Moncton, NB), then won 10-2 against Marlene Vaughan (Saint John, NB) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week of the event schedule, Bothwell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Bothwell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
