Krista McCarville (Thunder Bay, ON) won 6-5 over Jestyn Murphy (Mississauga, ON) in the Final of the KW Fall Classic, held September 20 - 23, 2018 at the K-W Granite Club in Waterloo, Canada. To advance to the championship game, McCarville won 4-3 over Jacqueline Harrison (Toronto, ON) in the semifinals   of the 2018 KW Fall Classic in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; and won 7-1 over Kirsten Marshall (Kitchener, ON) in the quarterfinals.  of the 2018 KW Fall Classic in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; 
 
McCarville finished 4-0 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McCarville defeated Susan Froud (Waterloo, ON) 6-2, then won 6-3 against Di Zhang (Harbin, CHN) and 6-1 against Katelyn Wasylkiw (Unionville, ON). McCarville won 7-2 against Marteen Jones (Lindsay, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the KW Fall Classic Championship title, McCarville earned 34.324 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 3 spots the World Ranking Standings into 20th place overall with 155.340 total points. McCarville ranks 12th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 34.324 points earned so far this season.
