For winning the BC Mens Curling Championship Championship title, Cotter earned 17.719 world rankings points, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 42nd place overall with 97.832 total points. Cotter ranks 43rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 88.197 points earned so far this season.
