To advance to the championship game, Desjardins/Desjardins won 9-8 over Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2018 WCT Austrian Mixed Doubles Cup in Kitzbuehel, Austria; and won 9-6 over Anna Fowler/Ben Fowler (London, ENG) in the quarterfinals. of the 2018 WCT Austrian Mixed Doubles Cup in Kitzbuehel, Austria;

Desjardins/Desjardins finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. .
