Blair Haswell (Stranraer, SCO) finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Haswell lost 9-4 to Callum Kinnear (Perth, SCO), then responded with a 10-8 win over Euan MacDiarmid (Forfar, SCO). Haswell won 7-4 against Orrin Carson (Dumfries, SCO), then won 8-6 against Fraser Morton (Dumfries, SCO) and 8-7 against Angus Bryce (Kelso, SCO). Haswell went on to lose 8-2 against Ross Whyte (Dumfries, SCO). Haswell lost 6-5 to Hamish Gallacher (Dumfries, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Haswell earned 3.206 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 24 of the event schedule, Haswell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Haswell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
