Shaun Meachem (Saskatoon, SK) won 7-4 over Glen Muirhead (Perth, SCO) in the Final of the Farmers Edge SCT, held December 6 - 8, 2019 at the Wadena Curling Club in Wadena, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Meachem won 7-0 over Saskatchewan's Tyson Armstrong in the semifinals of the 2019 Farmers Edge SCT in Wadena, Saskatchewan, Canada; and won 4-1 over Saskatchewan's Jason Jacobson in the quarterfinals. of the 2019 Farmers Edge SCT in Wadena, Saskatchewan, Canada;
 
Meachem finished 3-1 in the 21-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Meachem lost 9-4 to Saskatchewan's Michael Carss, then responded with a 9-2 win over Ben Gamble (Regina, SK). Meachem won 6-1 against Kody Hartung (Langenburg, SK), then won 5-4 against Saskatchewan's Cody Sutherland in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Farmers Edge SCT Championship title, Meachem earned 18.706 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN first prize cheque, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 67th place overall with 80.523 total points. Meachem ranks 52nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 66.736 points earned so far this season.
