Evans finished 5-3 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Evans lost 9-3 to Mackenzie Mitchell (St. John's, NL), then responded with a 11-7 win over Sophie Blades (Chester, NS). Evans won 9-7 against Jolianne Fortin (Kenogami, QC). Evans went on to lose 8-7 against Cassie Rogers (Yellowknife, NT). Evans responded with a 7-3 win over Rachel MacLean (Cornwall, PEI). Evans won 11-6 against Tansy Tober (Winnipeg, MB), then won 9-6 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB). Evans went on to lose 7-5 against Katy Lukowich (Sudbury, NONT) in their final qualifying round match.
Evans earned 10.094 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Canadian Junior Womens Championship. For week 36 of the event schedule, Evans did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
