Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO) lost 8-4 to Rebecca Morrison (Aberdeen, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Championships, held February 21 - 27, 2022 at the Dumfries Ice Bowl in Dumfries, Scotland. To advance to the championship game, Henderson won 8-6 over Amy MacDonald (Elgin, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2022 Scottish Curling Championships in Dumfries, Scotland, Scotland;
 
Henderson finished 8-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Henderson lost 9-5 to MacDonald, then responded with a 8-1 win over Jenni Cannon (Stranraer, SCO). Henderson won 10-7 against Morrison, then won 10-4 against Lucy Blair (Greenacres, SCO) and 15-4 against Beth Farmer (Kinross, SCO). Henderson went on to lose 8-6 against MacDonald. Henderson responded with a 8-1 win over Cannon. Henderson won 11-5 against Morrison, then won 7-4 against Blair and 9-5 against Farmer in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Scottish Curling Championships, Henderson take home 10.189 world rankings points, moving up 16 spots the World Ranking Standings into 85th place overall with 35.462 total points. Henderson ranks 76th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 31.769 points earned so far this season.
