Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT) won 13-7 over Hollie Duncan (Woodstock, ON) in the Final of the KW Fall Classic, held September 16 - 19, 2021 at the K-W Granite Club in Waterloo, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Galusha won 8-2 over Isabelle Ladouceur (Sudbury, NONT) in the semifinals of the 2021 KW Fall Classic in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; and won 5-3 over Danielle Inglis (Mississauga, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 KW Fall Classic in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada;
 
Galusha finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Galusha defeated Heather Heggestad (Thornhill, ON) 6-4, then won 10-0 against Inglis. Galusha went on to lose 8-7 against Parker Doig (Seaforth, ON). Galusha responded with a 6-2 win over Kaitlin Jewer (Ontario, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the KW Fall Classic Championship title, Galusha earned 31.778 world rankings points along with the $3,200CDN first prize cheque, moving up 12 spots the World Ranking Standings into 22nd place overall with 95.509 total points. Galusha ranks 5th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 55.515 points earned so far this season.
