Andrew Symonds (St. John's, NL) won 8-2 over Ryan McNeil Lamswood (St. John's, NL) in the Final of the Rick Rowsell Classic, held September 16 - 19, 2021 at the Remax Centre in St. John's, . To advance to the championship game, Symonds won 8-6 over Nathan Young (St. John's, NL) in the semifinals of the 2021 Rick Rowsell Classic in St. John's; and won 8-4 over Alex Smith (St. John's, NL) in the quarterfinals. of the 2021 Rick Rowsell Classic in St. John's;

Symonds finished 4-0 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Symonds defeated Mark Noseworthy (St. John's, NL) 7-1, then won 10-1 against Simon Perry (St. John's, NL) and 6-5 against Young. Symonds won 8-2 against Carter Holden (St. John's, NL) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Rick Rowsell Classic Championship title, Symonds earned 13.803 world rankings points along with the $2,600CDN first prize cheque, moving up 25 spots the World Ranking Standings into 64th place overall with 34.003 total points. Symonds ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 13.803 points earned so far this season.
