Steffen Walstad (Oslo, NOR) qualified for the 2022 Euro Super Series playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN). of the 2022 Euro Super Series in Stirling, Scotland;

Walstad finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Walstad defeated Wouter Gosgens (Zoetermeer, NED) 6-4, then went on to lose 5-3 against Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO). Walstad responded with a 10-8 win over Lukas Hostmaelingen (Oslo, NOR). Walstad won 6-4 against Kyle Waddell (Glasgow, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Walstad earned 16.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Euro Super Series. For week 4 of the event schedule, Walstad did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Walstad ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
