Jana Tisdale (Regina, SK) finished 1-3 in the 13-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tisdale lost 7-2 to Jessica Mitchell (Saskatoon, SK), then responded with a 8-3 win over Amelie Blais (Saskatoon, SK). Tisdale went on to lose 6-5 against Amber Holland (Regina, SK). Tisdale lost 6-3 to Mitchell in their final qualifying round match.

Tisdale earned 1.125 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 8 of the event schedule, Tisdale did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tisdale ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
