Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB) lost 7-2 to Scott Webb (Grande Prairie, AB) in the Final of the Pomeroy Grande Prairie Cash Spiel, held October 28 - 30, 2022 in Grande Prairie, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Hilker won 4-3 over Jeff Ginter (Dawson Creek, AB) in the semifinals

Hilker finished 2-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hilker defeated Darrel Veiner (Dawson Creek , BC) 7-6, then went on to lose 6-4 against Webb. Hilker responded with a 6-5 win over Doug Small (Peace River, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Pomeroy Grande Prairie Cash Spiel, Hilker take home 5.500 world rankings points along with the $1,400CDN prize. For week 13 of the event schedule, Hilker did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hilker ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
