Koe finished 3-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Koe defeated Jacob Libbus (Okotoks, AB) 8-3, then won 12-2 against Daylan Vavrek (Sexsmith, AB) to advance to the A-Qualifier where they 5-1 against Sturmay to advance to the playoff round. in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Alberta Boston Pizza Cup, Koe take home 16.500 world rankings points, remaining in 8th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9 after improving upon their best so far this season.
