Braden Calvert (Winnipeg, MB) won 6-3 over Steve Irwin (Brandon, MB) in the Final of the MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic, held October 20 - 22, 2023 at the Assiniboine Memorial Curling Club in Winnipeg, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Calvert won 1-0 over Australia's Jay Merchant in the semifinals of the 2023 MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; and won 1-0 over Devon Wiebe (Winnipeg, MB) in the quarterfinals.

Calvert finished 3-0 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Calvert defeated Steen Sigurdson (Winnipeg, MB) 1-0, then won 1-0 against Jace Freeman (Virden, MB) and 7-6 against Jordon McDonald (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the MCT Atkins Curling Supplies Classic Championship title, Calvert earned 11.250 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN first prize cheque. Calvert move up 11 spots after posting a net gain of 1.98 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 50th overall with 68.223 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Calvert ranks 57th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 21.875 points earned so far this season.
