Joe Polo (Duluth, MN) won 9-3 over Ethan Sampson (Chaska, MN) in the Final of the Duluth Cash Spiel, held January 12 - 14, 2024 at the Duluth Curling Club in Duluth, United States. Advancing directly to the semifinals, Polo won 6-5 over John Shuster (Duluth , MN) to advance to the championship game. of the 2024 Duluth Cash Spiel in Duluth, Minnesota, United States;

Polo finished 5-0 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Polo defeated Rich Ruohonen (Minneapolis, MN) 6-1, then won 5-4 against Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA) and 6-5 against Sam Mooibroek (Whitby, ON). Polo won 7-1 against Wesley Wendling (Wausau, WI), then won 7-2 against Ryan Mellinger (Duluth, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Duluth Cash Spiel Championship title, Polo earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $4,865CDN first prize cheque. For week 25 of the event schedule, Polo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Polo ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
