To advance to the championship game, Ferris won 8-2 over Scott Dunnam (Philadelphia, PA) in the semifinals of the 2023 Stroud Sleeman Cash Spiel in Innisfil, Ontario, Canada; and won 11-4 over Jordan Chandler (Little Current, NONT) in the quarterfinals.
