In their opening game, Sandham/Craig lost 9-4 to Jessica Wiseman/Greg Smith (St. John's, NL), then responded with a 10-5 win over Emilia Gagne/Pierre-Luc Morissette (QuÃ©bec, QC). Sandham/Craig won 7-3 against Christie Gamble/Dustin Kalthoff (Saskatoon, SK), then won 7-6 against Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing (Barrie, ON). Sandham/Craig went on to lose 8-6 against Taylor Reese-Hansen/Corey Chester (Victoria, BC). Sandham/Craig responded with a 8-6 win over Lauren Wasylkiw/Shane Konings (Stouffville, ON). Sandham/Craig went on to lose 11-7 against Lisa Weagle/John Epping (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

The berth into the first round of the Canadian Mixed Doubles Curling Championship playoffs earned Sandham/Craig 15.000 world rankings points, remaining in 820th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 9 after improving upon their best so far this season. Sandham/Craig ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 70.126 points earned so far this season.
