In their opening game, Rugg lost 7-4 to Nancy Inglis (Regina, SK), droppimg another game, 5-2 to Kyla Thies (Regina, SK) where Rugg responded with a 8-3 win over Ava Beausoleil (Saskatoon, SK). Rugg went on to lose 5-4 against Bailey Kozma (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Rugg earned 0.563 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 11 of the event schedule, Rugg did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Rugg ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
