Peter Mackey (Iqaluit, NU) 5-4, then went on to lose 8-6 against Peter Van Strien (Iqaluit, NU). Latimer responded with a 7-5 win over Wade Kingdon (Iqaluit, NU). Latimer won 9-4 against Mackey, then won 13-4 against Van Strien and 11-5 against Kingdon in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Nunavut Territorial Championship Championship title, Latimer earned 3.750 world rankings points. For week 21 of the event schedule, Latimer did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
