Veronica Zappone (Torino, ITA) run at the 2024 Italian National Curling Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-3 loss to Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). of the 2024 Italian National Curling Championship in Pinerolo, Italy;

Zappone finished 3-2 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Zappone lost 5-2 to Rebecca Mariani (Trentino, ITA), then responded with a 6-3 win over Giorgia Maurino (Trentino, ITA). Zappone went on to lose 4-2 against Constantini. Zappone responded with a 6-3 win over Giada Mosaner (Trentino, ITA). Zappone won 10-7 against Denise Pimpini (Piemonte, ITA) in their final qualifying round match.

Zappone earned 6.375 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Italian National Curling Championship. For week 29 of the event schedule, Zappone did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Zappone ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
