Bingyu Wang (Harbin, CHN) qualified for the 2011 Radisson Blu Oslo Cup playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 5-4 against Eve Muirhead (Perth, SCO).

Wang finished 3-1 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wang defeated Norway's Pia Trulsen 8-6, then went on to lose 8-6 against Sarah Reid (Glasgow, SCO). Wang responded with a 5-4 win over Sweden's Ditte Karlsson. Wang won 7-5 against Heather Nedohin (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Wang earned 9.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Radisson Blu Oslo Cup, remaining in 12th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with 83.493 total points. Wang ranks 23rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.500 points earned so far this season.
