In their opening game, Lemon lost 5-3 to Chelsea Carey (Morden, MB), then responded with a 8-2 win over Desiree Owen (Grande Prairie, AB). Lemon went on to lose 5-4 against Saskatchewan's Sherrilee Orsted. Lemon lost 8-5 to Michelle Englot (Regina, SK). Lemon lost 7-5 to Janet Harvey (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.
