Julie Reddick (Toronto, ON) won 8-4 over Cathy Auld (Mississauga, ON) in the Final of the Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau, held October 25 - 28, 2012 at the Buckingham Curling Club in Buckingham, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Reddick won 5-4 over Lisa Farnell (Elgin, ON) in the semifinals of the 2012 Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau in Buckingham, Quebec, Canada; and won 8-3 over Laura Payne (Ottawa, ON) in the quarterfinals. of the 2012 Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau in Buckingham, Quebec, Canada;

Reddick finished 2-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Reddick defeated Payne 7-1, then won 10-3 against Katie Morrissey (Ottawa, ON). Reddick went on to lose 6-5 against Victorya Moiseeva (Moscow, RUS) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Challenge Chateau Cartier de Gatineau Championship title, Reddick earned 4.750 world rankings points along with the $3,500CDN first prize cheque, moving up 8 spots the World Ranking Standings into 51st place overall with 19.545 total points. Reddick ranks 40th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 9.640 points earned so far this season.
