To advance to the championship game, Adams won 8-7 over Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB) in the semifinals of the 2013 NB Scotties in Fredericton Junction, New Brunswick;
 
Adams finished 5-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Adams lost 9-1 to Crawford, then responded with a 7-3 win over Robichaud. Adams went on to lose 7-3 against Mary Jane McGuire (Fredericton, NB). Adams responded with a 10-7 win over Jessica Ronalds (Moncton, NB). Adams won 7-3 against Stacey McCormack-Lacey (Saint John, NB), then won 9-7 against Sharon Levesque (Fredericton, NB) and 9-6 against Sandy Comeau (Moncton, NB) in their final qualifying round match.
