Brooke Tokarz (Saskatoon, SK) qualified for the 2012 Whitney Field Jr. Curling Classic playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-5 against Jocelyn Peterman (Red Deer, AB).

Tokarz finished 2-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tokarz defeated Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB) 6-3, then went on to lose 7-4 against Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB). Tokarz responded with a 8-5 win over Sarah Koltun (Whitehorse, YK) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week of the event schedule, Tokarz did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tokarz ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
