Jessica Hanson (Saskatoon, SK) won 5-2 over Danielle Schmiemann (Edmonton, AB) in the Final of the Whitney Field Jr. Curling Classic, held October 25 - 27, 2013 in Lloydminister, Alberta. To advance to the championship game, Hanson won 7-2 over Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB) in the semifinals of the 2013 Whitney Field Jr. Curling Classic in Lloydminister, Alberta; and won 8-6 over Brooke Tokarz (Saskatoon, SK) in the quarterfinals.

Hanson finished 3-0 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hanson defeated Taylore Theroux (Edmonton, AB) 5-1, then won 7-1 against Schmiemann and 5-2 against Christine MacKay (Stonewall, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

. For week of the event schedule, Hanson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Hanson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
