Brady Clark (Seattle, WA) won 10-4 over John Shuster (Duluth, USA) in the Final of the USA Men's National Curling Championship, held February 6 - 13, 2016 in Jacksonville, Florida.
Clark finished 8-1 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Clark defeated Brandon Corbett (Rochester, NY) 8-7, then won 10-4 against Heath McCormick (New York, NY) and 10-7 against Shuster. Clark won 8-6 against Pete Fenson (Blaine, USA), then won 10-5 against Todd Birr (Blaine, MN) and 7-2 against Korey Dropkin (Blaine, USA). Clark went on to lose 7-4 against Hunter Clawson (Baltimore, MD). Clark responded with a 8-2 win over Craig Brown (Blaine, USA). Clark won 9-2 against Alex Leichter (Boston, MA) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the USA Men's National Curling Championship Championship title, Clark earned 43.312 world rankings points. Clark move up 19 spots after posting a net gain of 42.276 points improving upon their best results so far this season, ranking 33rd overall with 145.271 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Clark ranks 28th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 101.694 points earned so far this season.
