Kim lost 6-3 to Danielle Schmiemann (Edmonton, AB) where Kim responded with a 7-5 win over Alberta's Jodi Marthaller. Kim won 7-5 against Selena Sturmay (Airdrie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Kim earned 9.732 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Medicine Hat Charity Classic. For week 10 of the event schedule, Kim did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
