Maxwell finished 2-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Maxwell lost 7-6 to Caleb Yost (Grande Prairie, AB), then responded with a 8-5 win over 's Kataryna Hagglund. Maxwell went on to lose 7-6 against Serge Martin (Grande Prairie, AB). Maxwell responded with a 9-4 win over Yost in their final qualifying round match.
