Hunter Clawson (Potomac, MD) finished 4-3 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Clawson lost 6-3 to Andrew Stopera (Chicago, IL), then responded with a 7-1 win over Nicholas Steinhaus (Mapleton, MN). Clawson went on to lose 6-4 against Chase Sinnett (Wayland, MA). Clawson responded with a 7-3 win over Timothy Hodek (Fargo-Moorhead, ND). Clawson won 11-9 against Nicholas Connolly (Seattle, WA), then won 10-5 against Riley Fenson (Bemidji, MN). Clawson went on to lose 6-4 against Josh Moore (Mapleton, MN) in their final qualifying round match.

Clawson earned 0.770 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week of the event schedule, Clawson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Clawson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
