Mathilde Halse (Gentofte, DEN) finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Halse defeated Rebecca Morrison (Stirlign, SCO) 8-2, then won 10-0 against Eirin Mesloe (Ostersund, SWE) and 8-5 against Raphaela Keiser (Flims, SUI). Halse went on to lose 5-2 against Marina Loertscher (Lausanne, SUI). Halse lost 7-5 to Ellen Bromee (Ostersund, SWE) in their final qualifying round match.
