Marie Turmann (Tallinn, EST) finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Turmann defeated Marta Szeliga-Frynia (Lodz, POL) 6-5, then won 8-5 against Lisa Farnell (Tunbridge Wells, ENG) and 9-4 against Oona Kauste (Hyvinkaa, FIN). Turmann won 8-2 against Spain's Oihane Otaegi. Turmann went on to lose 6-4 against Iveta Stasa-Sarsune (Riga, LAT). Turmann responded with a 6-3 win over Marianne Neeleman (Zoetermeer, NED). Turmann went on to lose 11-7 against Kristin Moen Skaslien (Oslo, NOR). Turmann responded with a 8-6 win over Alina Pavlyuchik (Minsk, BLR). Turmann won 8-0 against Virginija Paulauskaite (Vilnius, LTU) in their final qualifying round match.

The berth into the first round of the Le Gruyere European Curling Championships playoffs earned Turmann 11.022 world rankings points, moving up 59 spots the World Ranking Standings into 157th place overall with 13.851 total points. Turmann ranks 123rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 11.606 points earned so far this season.
