To advance to the championship game, Einarson won 12-9 over Mary-Anne Arsenault (Dartmouth, NS) in the semifinals of the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Penticton, British Columbia;
 
Einarson finished 9-2 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Sylvie Robichaud (Moncton, NB) 8-6, then won 7-5 against Arsenault and 8-4 against Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK). Einarson went on to lose 7-5 against Tracy Fleury (Sudbury, NONT). Einarson responded with a 10-3 win over Chelsea Duncan (Whitehorse, YK). Einarson won 9-3 against Kerry Galusha (Yellowknife, NT), then won 9-4 against Jones and 7-5 against Hollie Duncan (Toronto, ON). Einarson won 6-5 against Kesa Van Osch (Nanaimo, BC). Einarson went on to lose 9-5 against Michelle Englot (Winnipeg, CAN). Einarson responded with a 6-4 win over Casey Scheidegger (Grande Prairie, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Einarson take home 49.376 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Einarson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Einarson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
