To advance to the championship game, Anderson won 6-5 over Chantelle Eberle (Regina, SK) in the semifinals of the 2018 Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties in Melford, Saskatchewan;
Anderson finished 4-4 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Anderson defeated Candace Chisholm (Carlyle, SK) 6-4, then went on to lose 10-4 against Ashley Howard (Regina, SK). Anderson responded with a 9-5 win over Taryn Holtby (Saskatoon, SK). Anderson went on to lose 7-4 against Silvernagle. Anderson lost 9-2 to Eberle where Anderson responded with a 8-4 win over Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK). Anderson won 8-4 against Penny Barker (Moose Jaw, SK). Anderson went on to lose 7-3 against Amber Holland (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Viterra Saskatchewan Scotties Championship title, Anderson earned 15.225 world rankings points, moving up 10 spots the World Ranking Standings into 72nd place overall with 73.809 total points. Anderson ranks 74th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 40.800 points earned so far this season.
