Stopera finished 9-0 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Stopera defeated Jack Clasen (Roseville, MN) 7-5, then won 9-2 against Nicholas Connolly (Seattle, WA) and 9-3 against Kevin Tuma (St. Paul, MN). Stopera won 6-1 against Josh Moore (Mapleton, MN), then won 9-3 against Wesley Wendling (Wausau, WI) and 4-3 against Timothy Hodek (Fairdale, ND). Stopera won 6-2 against Marquardt, then won 5-1 against Andrew McDonald (Hudson, OH) and 4-3 against Riley Fenson (Bemidji, MN) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the USA Junior Mens National Championship Championship title, Stopera earned 14.265 world rankings points. For week 26 of the event schedule, Stopera did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Stopera ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
