Kevin Tuma (St. Paul, MN) finished 2-5 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Tuma lost 10-9 to Andrew McDonald (Hudson, OH), droppimg another game, 6-4 to Skyler Slusar (Hallock, MN). Tuma lost 6-5 to Wesley Wendling (Wausau, WI) where Tuma responded with a 8-3 win over Charlie Thompson (Eau Claire, WI). Tuma went on to lose 7-2 against Chase Sinnett (Medfield, MA). Tuma lost 7-3 to Andrew Stopera (Briarcliff Manor, NY) where Tuma responded with a 7-6 win over Tyler Hipke (Wauwatosa, WI) in their final qualifying round match.

Tuma earned 1.764 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 23 of the event schedule, Tuma did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Tuma ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
