Tori Koana (Fujiyoshida, JPN) finished 6-2 in the 9-team qualifying round. . Koana responded with a 9-3 win over Kaede Kudo (Tokyo, JPN). Koana won 13-1 against Minako Tsuji (Karuizawa, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

Koana earned 16.388 world rankings points for their Top 4 finish in the ZEN-NOH Japan Curling Championships.
