Emily Cherwinski (Winnipeg, MB) run at the Manitoba U21 Junior Provincial Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 8-4 loss to Zoey Terrick (Winnipeg, MB). of the Manitoba U21 Junior Provincial Championships in Carman, Manitoba, Canada;

Cherwinski finished 3-2 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Cherwinski defeated Dayna Wahl (Altona, MB) 7-6, then went on to lose 8-5 against Shaela Hayward (Carman, MB). Cherwinski lost 7-6 to Gina Giasson (Killarney, MB) where Cherwinski responded with a 6-4 win over Wahl. Cherwinski won 7-4 against Giasson in their final qualifying round match.

Cherwinski earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Manitoba U21 Junior Provincial Championships, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 126th place overall with 12.563 total points. Cherwinski ranks 126th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 12.563 points earned so far this season.
