Jennifer Jones (Winnipeg, MB) finished 5-4 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Jones lost
8-5 to Sherry Anderson (Delisle, SK), then responded with a 6-4 win over Jo-Ann Rizzo (Brantford, ON). Jones won 8-7 against Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB), then won 11-8 against Sherry Middaugh (Coldwater, ON). Jones went on to lose 8-5 against Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK). Jones lost 9-4 to Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC). Jones lost 7-1 to Colleen Jones (Halifax, NS) where Jones responded with a 7-5 win over Marie-France Larouche (Ste-Foy, PQ). Jones won 8-7 against Jan Betker (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Jones earned 0.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Canadian Curling Trials.
