Rizzo lost 7-4 to Colleen Jones (Halifax, NS) where Rizzo responded with a 8-5 win over Sherry Anderson (Delisle, SK). Rizzo won 7-6 against Jan Betker (Regina, SK). Rizzo went on to lose 8-6 against Stefanie Lawton (Saskatoon, SK). Rizzo lost 8-7 to Kelly Scott (Kelowna, BC). Rizzo lost 7-4 to Shannon Kleibrink (Calgary, AB). Rizzo lost 7-6 to Marie-France Larouche (Ste-Foy, PQ) in their final qualifying round match.

The berth into the first round of the Canadian Curling Trials playoffs earned Rizzo 0.000 world rankings points. For week of the event schedule, Rizzo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Rizzo ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
