Nova Scotia's Brian Rafuse won 8-7 against Nova Scotia's Don MacIntosh, then won 6-5 against Nova Scotia's Glen MacLeod. Nova Scotia's Brian Rafuse went on to lose 6-5 against Nova Scotia's Chris Sutherland in their final qualifying round match.
